Actually there was a reason she didn’t hug her. If anyone noticed she ran on stage, said her thing and ran off. Apparently she left her children “unattended” probably with backstge crew. She most likely wanted to get back to them as fast as pssible. Hugging Miley just didn’t seem rash at the time.
