    when you are on your back, and lifting, try to lift from chest and try to keep your neck in line. Your neck hurts because you are lifting your chect a little and lifting your neck more. Also try to keep your shoulders away from your head.

    you are not supposed to stop shaking. Shaking shows your muscles are working. You will shake less when you get stronger.

    Its 2 am, now having explored a few more videos, I just finished this part 2, after doing pilates for beginners – total body (as a quick warm up), then the “New body makeover! (legs, abs, arms)”, then part 1 summer slim down and part 2. I feel Completely annihilated, totally worn out, but happy. :thumbs up: keep up the amazing and motivational work you do, I can tell you love it and appreciate that you’re willing to share that passion for what you do with the rest of us.
