    this is a really important question to me! do you think its better to do an about 10-15 minute workout every day or when you missed it once maybe workout for half an our the next day, or to workout twice a week for about 30-45 minutes? I like to workout more often but shorter, but I doubt that this is effective :(

    of course :) walking or running works almost every part of your body :) plus its cardio and that is what helps you lose the fat :)

    Omg. I have been watching your videos for quiet some time. Finally got around to doing this video. Unfortunately I do not have internet except for on my phone so I had to write everything down. I decided to do all of your moves of increments of 12, and omg this really did make me scream and shout! I feel great though. Can’t wait to do more of your workouts. Keep it!
