Is ‘Team Britney’ Falling Apart?

A recent FoxNews report paints a picture as if team Britney is falling apart and it seems as if everyone is trying to leave the ship before it sinks. Whose on the list? Well lets take a quick rundown…

Larry Rudolph, Britney’s manager: Britney has been saying that she hates him but is locked into a 5 year contract…

“She signed a five year contract with him,” says a source. “She says she didn’t know what she was doing at the time, and can’t stand him. But what can she do? Bring in a lawyer and say she signed under duress? That she was drunk or stoned?”

Lawyer?

Her music business legal rep, Gary Stiffelman, didn’t return calls yesterday. I speak for a moment to her high-powered Hollywood divorce attorney Laura Wasser, wife of Dennis Wasser, who only said, “I can’t discuss anything.”

Publicist?

Spears also has no proper publicist in place. Leslie Sloane-Zelnick, who got her through years of scandals, is off the case. Spears’ record company publicist, Gina Orr, doesn’t respond to emails or calls.

One thing for sure, Britney will need to do better than that to make a comeback or even to stay afloat, otherwise she’ll be broke very soon. But hey, at least Britney has a couple more blogs who like her, eh?
