Britney Surprise Concert Public Dance Practice

Britney surprised the masses with an un-planned concert at the San-Diego House of Blues. While at the time many were surprised by her stage performance, this morning we hear that the entire “concert” was lip-synched.
In other words, it wasn’t even a concert but a public display of her dancing skills to her own music…
