This was an iconic performance, for pop music. BTW for those who have a problem with the lip syncing go look up any of her Oops i did it again performance from 2000 she sings live. But you can hear her struggling to gather enough air to sing. The average human vioce cant belt out at full force if there isnt much air in the lungs. Only trained vocalist like beyonce can, beyonce isnt a natural singe, she was tought to sing at 6. Britney like most of us sag by natural instinct.

I know she was miming, but this performance was still great because the dancing was brilliant and I love her outfit even though I wouldn’t go out on the street in it.

the reason she mimes is cuz of her dancing and who wants to here a breathy and shoppy song when they can see awesome dancing, a great show, and clear songs.

she’s not singing live here. i went to see her on her onyx tour before she had kids and she only sang 2 songs live, which were slow songs. she can’t sing and dance at the same time and never has, even if u watch her old stuff. i’m a big fan though and love all her music.

I think Britney had a great image, at this point. She’d went from just another pop star, to seeming quite edgy. Hopefully she’ll get better!
