Anywhoo… I think the fascination with Brit is that she’s just a plain, Southern girl. She just seems empty, a product of what everyone around her wants her to be. She can’t be in control, because what she wants in life is starkly different from what her producers, parents and peers want. She wants to party, they want to make money.

I always wonder what her music and career would be like if she actually took the reigns herself.
