its hard to sing n dance heavily at the same time.
your muscles will need more o2, your breathing rate will increase, your gasping for air, your are now will perform forced expiration that is not the same with quite expiration[ it will affect your airways, which include larynx ie your vocal cord] that would affect your singing.

try do it yourself. she is more to entertaining rather than a singer. so accept the fact. i love her and this vid so much.
