My guess this is the demo with a little fan made mix thrown in there because this is her real voice with out the voice vocoder changer. In the original radar we all know from blackout and circus her voice is put through the voice vocoder. When your using that type of thing you have to sometimes slur your words and deepin your pitch so the vocoder can re work your pitch to a higher and more robotic one like in the original blackout.
