I tried cutting out bread, but I can’t. Without it, I have no energy. The best solution I can think of is to have portion control, have bread.. just don’t go too overboard. I agree, muscle tone is important. That’s what I liked about Mel B, she’s ripped!

I am actually on the turbo jam workout, but my mouth does not want to workout, I eat a lot of bread, I m145 now. My goal is 135 and a lot of muscles. ;0)
