Michael was making a statement by partnering with Britney Spears. He could relate to her I think, because the media has said a lot of shit about them both.
In fact it does have an interesting effect with her voice here… I don’t know how Michael does it, makes it all work. I usually don’t like Britney Spears’ voice but now it just worked.

Well I gotta be honest, i agree with the one who commented a while ago, Britney was at her peak during that time, but i also gotta be honest when i say she killed that song in a bad way. It would have been better if she had done it like the original girl from the video, Tatiana or the chick he used on the sep. 10th performance, which was flirt with Mike during the song, now that would’ve been great to watch. Nonetheless she did look physically amazing here. Sorry to all the BS fans but its true

Maybe give Britney a bit of a break. Believe me I’ve never been a big fan by any means but if you love Michael, I don’t need to tell you what the media did to him. They tried doing it to her as well. I mean come on, they had an obituary written for her! The tried killing her just like they did Michael, why, because it sells… Whether you like her personally or not, you can’t believe anything you read or see on TV about her anymore than you could believe what you read or saw about Michael.
