“Everytime” is a song by pop singer-songwriter Britney Spears from her fourth studio album, In the Zone. It was released on May 17, 2004 by Jive Records as the third single from the album. The song was written by Spears and her Dream Within a Dream Tour background vocalist Annette Artani. Produced by Guy Sigsworth, the song is a tragic ballad. The track was a big success and topped the music charts in several countries, including Australia, Ireland and the UK, while reaching top ten positions in eleven countries. The controversial music video was directed by David LaChapelle.

@MrNiksi6 Many thought this song was in response to Justin’s Cry Me A River & that she was sorry for hurting him. Read the lyrics & you see it’s about a past relationship & hurting that person. In the video she is hit on the head by the paparazzi’s camera & doesn’t realize she is bleeding until she is in the bathtub. The images of mother & child explore reincarnation as she has died. She called into TRL in 2004 to express that. Look this song up on Wiki to see all the detail.

She is describing her life trhough this song – she is sick and tired of reportes and fame – she dies as she thinks she would be happy but then sees the happiness of life(mother and child) and comes back to life! Sad but True!

Ich liebe Britney seit fast 11 Jahren und stand IMMER zu ihr, egal was war, denn sie hat mir sehr geholfen im Leben mit ihrer Musik. Dieses Video finde ich sehr tragisch, ich muss auch immer weinen, wenn ich es anhÃ¶re oder singe:((
