She is just a singer for the producer who is paid to sing songs and then send them to different artists for sale.

@aditimeow The person singing is a producer. They sing the songs, as they are the ones who know what it should sound like, the the artists sing them. This one singing produced the song “California Gurls” for Katy Perry.
