its called vocal tuning, or some folks call it “vocoder”. there are several companies that make software that allows us to modify vocal tracks like this. V-Vocal, Melodyne and Auto-tune are some… T-Pain and Rihanna are big users of this effect but more and more its used on everyones vocals. Taylor Swift would not have been a pro singer 25 years ago without it. Rihanna can sing. Britney never could… but… they are all great entertainers! The money is in thier accounts, not yours. =)
