@Season2Glee listen the videos from Anaheim: you can. yo clearly hear different vocals (even in HIAM) that note is similar but it is normal to sing it every night the same way. you can still hear different vocals through the performances of different nights.

Around the minute 8:22 – 8:24 when she sings “candy” I’ve always heard that “high note” in the “Up n’ Down” performance since The Femme Fatale Tour began, so I guess Britney is not singing live; her voice is just pre-recorded to make us think that she’s actually singing live, but I think she is not.
