Well, I think that she sang live in the SACRAMENTO show. They recorded what she sang in this show, and used the vocals in other shows. However, she sang in some bits in the other shows

You’re right. Those are still pre-recorded.
It’s actually only the easiest to notice her REAL vocals in the Sacramento show.
In the other shows, her REAL mic volume is turned really low.

DONT GET ME WRONG IM A HUGE BRITNEY FAN. But when Britney is adding those ad-libs on “now” and “paradise” in the song, it seems as if its pre-recorded vocals. The reason I speculate is because i compared the audio from the sacramento, san jose, and los angeles show for the hold it against me song and they all sound EXACTLY the same..notes are held for the same length and everything is the exact same. Nonetheless, I love her and lip-synching doesnt matter to me. I think it’s a great show! luvher!

@anyankafan It doesn’t matter if she sings or not, she still puts on an amazing show. If she can’t be bothered and is lazy, then she wouldn’t even go on a tour at all. Also, she moves around and dances throughout the show, so idk why you said she doesn’t. Her dancings are actually a lot better than in the Circus tour. She doesn’t need to prove herself to anyone. She’s been doing this for over a decade already. She focuses more on the entertainment values rather than just the music.

@anyankafan Everyone knows that Britney Spears has lipsynced. Still, people want to see her, listen to her music, go to her shows. That’s what makes an artist. She inspires people and she, better than anyone else, has this sparkle that attracks millions of people. And, at end of the day, Britney Spears doesn’t need to sell 0,99$ albums. And she also gets her awards in a honest way, because actually, people still vote for her as a favorite artist

@Britneylover3 Also, you have to ask yourself WHY hasn’t she sung on her tours? She’s proven she can, and perfectly adequately. So why doesn’t she? It’s clearly not because she dances too much as she’s gotten lazy there. So it seems she either cant be bothered, and knows apologist fans will lap it up regardless, or she’s too scared. I pray it’s the latter. at least she can grow from that. You can sing and still do a crazy show (Kylie/Pink etc)
Understand, I like Britney. But I won’t make excuses

@Britneylover3 numbers don’t equal quality. Does sold out equal good show? A more interesting question is how many walked out? Because by the end of the Circus tour I saw, a HUGE number of the audience had walked out in disgust.
She’s a singer. That’s her job. That she doesn’t sing automatically makes her a bad performer. You can fancy it up however you like, but at the end of the day, she’s a drag queen at this point. All the entertainment didnt come from her, but her dancers etc. It’s sad.

@anyankafan No, at the end of the day, she is an artist and an entertainer. She never claimed to have an amazing voice, nor is she known for her voice. She’s known for being able to entertain people and that’s exactly what happens when you go see her in concerts. You are entitled to your opinion that it is a “fail” (although your definition of “failure” is biased and simple-minded), but at the end of the days, it still sold out. Numbers don’t lie
