Lady Gaga & Britney Spears Collaborating?

Ever since the news broke that Gaga would be taking part in the Britney tribute at the VMAs, the internet has been buzzing about a possible collabo between the two ladies. Jay-Z and Kanye’s new album Watch the Throne has also contributed to this rumor growing wings, and some blogs are even claiming the name of it would be Pop the Throne! A source tells the Sun the two ladies chatted backstage at Britney’s Atlantic City show that Gaga attended last week. The insider said, “They sat for around an hour gossiping and talking about collaborating together on a track. Gaga already has two songs in mind.” But before you get too excited, I have to tell you that it’s just a rumor at this point. But that doesn’t mean it cant happen in the future. EW writer Kyle Anderson says it’s definitely a possibility down the road, saying, “Their aesthetics sort of mesh, they both kind of work, so I would be very interested to hear that. I think they could really put a concept together. To them, it’s a two-person planet and they’re the only two people on it.” We totally love this idea, but it seems Britney would need the duet to happen way more than Gaga, who’s right at the height of her career. soo ya i’d buy it in a heartbeat! and i love this gaga nor brit would really need this duet they bot get respective fan appreciation .. but i can see where she comes from gaga is where Britney was at her 2nd cd .. all over everything and everywhere .. she’s newer and i think she has what it takes to last well into her 30′s and 40′s as well as what Britney will most definitely do!

@shazenmaire Lets put you on the right track. Britney doesnt need her career revived. Shes still ontop after almost 15 years of doing it. Lady gaga has been in the game for at the most 3 years. Thats nothing. She aint no queen. Britney is because the queen of pop. Its already meant too be. Shes basically being given the throne on the vmas. its like her ceremony. Maybe brit will pass down to throne too gaga in another 10 or 15 years. but as of now. Gaga dont deserve any titles.

Britney did want telephone on Circus. But Jive said no because it wasn’t what they were looking for. So don’t blame Britney and say all she wants another hit from gaga.

I hope Britney is doing well these days, and I would love to see her career rise up again. However, I do hope people have learnt to treat the super star as a fellow human being.
