Fan bites Britney Spears during lapdance routine on tour show in Brazil

The pop superstar has taken her tour to South America and as part of her nightly routine, she pulls one reveller on to the stage to receive a saucy dance. However, the singer was thrown into a panic when she wrapped her legs around a young male fan in Rio de Janeiro on Tuesday and he tried to sink his teeth into her calf. Spears quickly removed her legs from his shoulders and looked over to her security team, before carrying on with her routine at a safe distance.
