Lady Gaga Gives Her Dad 50% of Her Earnings
Lady Gaga is so generous to her family, her father gets half of what she makes. Hey everyone this is Ani Esmailian for Hollyscoop. Lady Gaga may be the world’s biggest pop star right now, but believe it or not, she’s kinda homeless. Gaga doesn’t own her own place in New York, so when she’s in town, she just crashes at her parents house. She still sleeps in her childhood bedroom on the upper west side and she has an unusual business arrangement with her family. Her father Joe gets half of what she makes, which is half of a bazillion dollars, under their LLCs ‘Team Love Child’ and ‘Mermaid Music’. A 50/50 split is unheard of in the music industry, but Gaga adores her father, so it doesn’t shock Gaga fans one bit. Britney Spears’ father Jamie has a conservatorship over his daughter and makes more than half a million a year, so I can only imagine how much Gaga’s dad is making. Big balla!
