What’s up guys, Joslyn Davis here in studio with 411 on Justin’s most recent investments. According to various sources, JB is celebrating his official move into adulthood by dishing out some serious dinero to buy not just one but two houses — one for himself and one for his mom. TMZ reports that the Biebs has narrowed down his search and at this point he’s looking at three properties — two in Calabasas, one of which is valued at 6-million and the other at 8-million. The other house, which is located in the Hollywood Hills is valued at a smooth 10-mill, but before JB can potentially move in, another entertainment A-lister, Ashton Kutcher, will have to move out. From what we hear, the newly separated actor has been renting the digs for 50-thousand bucks a month since his split. The Hollywood Hills house is pretty impressive — sitting on 94-hundred square feet, the abode has 5 bedrooms, a view of Lake Hollywood, a private movie theater, a gym, a pool and even a massage room. Calabassas could also be a great option, as it’s located outside of LA and is home to tons of big wigs in the business, including the Kardashians and Britney Spears. If I were Justin Bieber I wouldn’t spend my money on 2 houses. I mean I know you’re rich and all but people in this world are suffering, starving, and dying everyday and all he’sï»¿ worried about is how many bedrooms he wants, or what color he should pain it. It’s a shame…
