So recently we gave you guys the full run down on what happened between The Wanted and Christina Aguilera, and now it looks like the British boy band has ANOTHER bone to pic—this time, with Britney Spears. Siva Kaneswaren was a guest on Fresh 102.7 FM in NYC earlier this week, and talked about the band’s strange encounter with Britney while on tour with her. He explained that the group with was with their manager in a hallway, searching on a laptop for WiFi, when all of a sudden, “Britney’s bouncers came down with her and told us to face the wall. We turned around and I faced a wall for about 10 seconds until she got really far away.” Well, news traveled all the way to Brit Brit, who usually doesn’t comment on these types of things, but her reps felt compelled to reply to this one. A rep on Britney’s behalf said to E! Online, “What’s even more interesting than the false allegations they made is the fact that they have claimed to be picked on by two female pop stars in just a few days,” obviously referring to Christina Aguilera. Then, the ended with one last zinger, saying, “Look out Lady GaGa – there are still three days left this week.” Now, we know Tom from the band apologized to Aguilera last week on TMZ, but who knows if Britney has an apology also coming her way. The guys from The Wanted are not afraid to speak their minds and don’t sugar coat their experiences when it comes to the interactions they have with US celebrities. I admire them for not being intimidated by them. Who knows if this is true that these female star encounters are true? But let’s face it, lots of celebrities are not very not people. I just love Max, Nathan, Siva, Tom and Jay. They are all hilarious and really down to earth people.
