The battle for Britney Spears is on. Her recording contract with RCA, a division of Sony Music has one album left, and everyone wants to be the one to sign her next deal. Of course fellow ‘X Factor’ Judge LA Reid who is head of Epic Records wants in on it as well. Reports say the two have become chummy during filming of ‘X Factor’ and Britney has even switched seats with Demi to sit next to LA Rumors say LA is using his time with Brit on the show to woo her to the label, promising to take her career to the “next level.” Barry Weiss chairman of Def Jam Motown and Universal Republic is vying for 30-year-old Brit as well, and has long history with Britney along with artists like Justin Bieber, Kanye West, and Mariah Carey. Barry told The Hollywood Reporter, “I have a 15-year history with Britney and would love be reunited with her.” No doubt both parties courting the pop star a piece of her long standing success, seven studio albums that have sold over 100 million units worldwide. We know that the ultimate decision will probably come from fiancé, former agent, and co-conservator Jason Trawick and manager Larry Rudolph. Listen you moron , Gaga’s songs did not get famous for their lyrics , they get famous for their melody and production, people listen to gaga to dance, that’s why she still has no hit ballad, because without over prouduced dance tracks she is absolutely nothing.
