“Glee” Gets Steamy in Britney Spears 2.0 Tribute 4×02

There have been many rumors about another Britney Spears tribute to follow up last year’s masterpiece — and the time has finally come. On the heels of Ryan Murphy tweeting out a video promo for the new season, Lea Michele teased fans via Twitter with a few behind the scenes pics taken while filming for the season’s 2nd episode, “Britney 2.0″ that is set to take on 8 of the pop-star’s chart-topping songs. Based on the photos that Lea shared yesterday, it looks like Rachel Berry has grown up a bit since moving to New York to attend NYADA — In fact, in a recent interview with E!, Lea confessed that quote — “We’re on at 9 pm now so they are giving us some more sexiness.” Apparently so — the typically reserved Rachel will be channeling her inner Britney in a sexy dance routine that also involves — Dean Geyer as Brody, an NYADA junior and potential new suitor for Rachel — and guest-star Kate Hudson, who will be taking on the role of Cassandra, Rachel’s dance teacher. Womanizer, Toxic, and Circus. I didn’t see the first Brittany tribute so I’ve no idea if any of those have been done but those are my faves. If You Seek Amy is good, too, so I’ll be happy if that shows up. But I’m really hoping for Womanizer and Circus.
