Britney Spears VS Sam Lutfi – Inside The Court Case

Britney Spears is being sued by Sam Lutfi claiming breach of contract, libel, and physical assault. He is also claiming that Britney was addicted to drugs and meth amphetamine. Britney’s rep claim that she was traumatized by her breakup with Justin Timberlake, which is why she spiraled out of control and shaved her head in 2008. I honestly don’t think she did any drugs during that time. I mean, she passed all her random drug tests in 2007, right? Also, if they wanted to see if Britney had done drugs, they’d've take a urine sample rather than a hair folicle. Also, the night she wasï»¿ put on 5150, it was said that no drug was found in her system. I think what happened to her was the cause of emotional distraught; break-up with Kevin, illness in family, losing custody of kids, and probably more we don’t even know about.

EXACTLY! Soo…..Iï»¿ don’t know. I mean I know she wasn’t making wise decisions then so I don’t think he’s at fault for all her decisions but he’s not as innocent as he’s painting himself to be and even the Spears camp is acknowledging that Britney was making poor decisions because of her turmoil so they are not claiming she was perfect but he’s like, “oh I wasn’t paid and I was assaulted…” well….there’s no charges made so….just makes me wonder what else you’re hiding/lying about.

I just wanted to say that I love your news channel!!!!! Ok. Here’s my thoughts. I think that Britney was going through a terrible time between 2007-8. She was such a mess because of the divorce with K-Fed, and the child custody battle with him. Who wouldn’t go off the deep-end if someone was trying to take the thing you love most out of your life? I really hope that this court battle backfiresï»¿ on Sam Lutfi, because Britney’s life is on the right track, and she deserves for it to remain that way
