Dr. Rangnath reveals Dr. Nidhi that the file was not missing but it was purposely shifted from one place to another to put Dr. Nidhi in trouble and also warns her to be careful with Dr. Mallika but Dr. Mallika increases the trouble for Nidhi as she complaints Dr. Ashutosh about the missing case file and thus Dr. Ashutosh gets angry on Nidhi for her carelessness. What will be Nidhi’s reaction? Will she prove herself innocent? Based in the beautiful locales of Lucknow and on the backdrop of a hospital setting, KTLK is a different love story between two very different people with a substanital age gap.The show highlights the nuances of a complicated relationship when people with a huge age difference fall in love.Kuch Toh Log Kahenge’ is a heartwarming love story between people from two different generations:a young, spirited Dr. Nidhi Verma [age 24] and a brooding and handsome Dr. Ashutosh [age 38].
