I love her ambition and that she’s a fighter, but she simply did not do this song justice at all. These talent show contestants–on all shows–should seriously just avoid Beyonce, because they will always disappoint. It is inevitable. Even Carly’s “If I Were a Boy” pales in comparison to the original. Maybe they can tryï»¿ again in 10 years when their voices prime, after a lot more vocal training, and after experiencing real suffering and heartbreak. Then, maybe, they might do the songs justice.
