Very nice, but Carl should have won. It’s ok, though. She will be famous and sell more records than anyone else. I never bought songs on itune stores, but I couldn’t help myself at this time. Carl’s voice is moving,ï»¿ angelica, and phenomenal. I purchased all her songs. Her presentations are spellbinding.

I just watched Carly sing, then watched this. Are people totally tone deaf? He sounds like every other country singer. Carly is an AMAZING singer.
Glad I didn’t watch the show, because I would have been so annoyed.
Carly isï»¿ a much better singer.

No, country music is not the most popular form of music in the U.S. I love country, and wish it were, but it isn’t. It was number four in record sales in the U.S. last year. Only two acts of the top 22 U.S. tours last year were country artists. Yes, Tate won because he got the most votes – I don’t subscribe to the theory anything underhanded was done. I spent a lot of my youthï»¿ around Bluegrass and country music and I personally find Tate bland and boring.

Honestly, I’m glad that Tate won.. but I’m not “happy” about it. I’m glad, good for him, good for his family.. Uhh, butï»¿ when he kept on talking about his lifestory, and how POOR he was, I was already thinking that he was only doing that so people would pity him, and therefore, vote for him.He has a good voice, but I like Carly’s better.
Now, think about it here. Who would sell more? A pop singer, or a country singer?
