this is a really important question to me! do you think its better to do an about 10-15 minute workout every day or when you missed it once maybe workout for half an our the next day, or to workout twice a week for about 30-45 minutes? I like to workout more often but shorter, but I doubt that this is effective

Cassey just completed the Full Body Focus for today and it was great to workout to all the VS Workouts again!!! Loved it and you are I my motivation in the mornings!! Thank you for always being there to push me through my workouts!!!!!

Omg. I have been watching your videos for quiet some time. Finally got around to doing this video. Unfortunately I do not have internet except for on my phone so I had to write everything down. I decided to do all of your moves of increments of 12, and omg this really did make me scream and shout! I feel great though. Can’t wait to do more of your workouts. Keep it!
