I totally feel the same way. I’m in a relationship adn it’s pretty serious… marriage is in the future and I told him I don’t even want to have children anymore. The children we already have from the past have to endure what is to come and I feel it’s irresponsible to bring more children into a world with an uncertain future. I feel so bad for our kids now… so bad, I think about what they will experience and cry. I wish my eyes wereï»¿ opened sooner. Not saying I regret my children but damn!

You’re absolutely right. I’m not gonna lie, before I started self educating myself, I did this minus the letting my kids eat junk… I was always opposed to that due to watching my fat family membersï»¿ struggle and get bullied. I would let my kids watch tv after school, the whole weekend, and at my family’s house. After watching these types of videos and reading up on research, I cut their tv to 1/3 and I enrolled them in after school activities. I’ve never felt so ashamed when slapped by reality!
