She’s always much more relaxed outside the U.S. because we here in the US are the most judgemental country there is pretty much. She actually sings liveï»¿ more in Europe too because they accept it more. Thats why Miley didn’t tour here with Can’t Be Tamed because the American population wasï»¿ too judgemental on here.
