I don’t (personally) think Brett meant it in that way, the man went to Stanford for god’s sake!
I think the way he phrased it could’ve been way better, most definitely, but I think he was trying to more say that it wasn’t because of a mental illness that Spear’s isn’t the smartest, but because she grew up in the entertainment business since she was a kid, so naturally perfected her craft instead of focusing on her studies – I think that’s what he meant, not that the two can’t coincide.

I don’t think they were being “too harsh”, but I do think it was stupid that the topic of Britney’s intelligence came up in the first place.
It’s not like Spears (to my knowledge) goes around preaching how smart or insightful she is, or like we’re constantly bombarded by everyone else saying she’s bright. That would make it completely different and maybe actually a little founded.
This just seems like talking for the sake of talking, trying to make this (I’m assuming new) tv show get publicity.

I don’t think Adrienne was “slamming” Britney, she was keeping it REAL. It’s probably true, Britney can’t hold a conversation, have you seen her interviews? Lol. I love Britney, but I’m not gonna stick up for her when nothing was wrong about what Adrienne said. Now what Loni Love said that was mean, but we live in a dog eat dog world so…I mean it’s whatever. Britney is still an icon and not only that but she’s Britney Bitch! Love the show! There needs to be a pop trigger dedicated to music.

I am a fan of Britney’s, and I just feel like she doesn’t want to be doing this anymore. She seems like when she was on the X-Factor or when she makes public appearances, that she just doesn’t actually want to be there. I honestly wouldn’t blame her if she’s getting sick of being famous.. it seems like she’s just being pressured to keep doing it when she doesn’t even want to. That’s just my feeling.
