well the song is about beingï»¿ in serious sht, being totally lost and thinking about what bad stuff everyone’s sayingï»¿ about you – totally what britney went through a couple of years ago. Like I said, the video is self-explanatory
oh, and ofc it talks about justin and kevin and how dating or braking up with them made people turn against her and start rumors (all the things they said)
