Yes, she saw the Arrows do the song on TV in the UK 1976 in and Joan Jett bought their record while on tour with the Runaways in England and later recorded a cover. So it’sï»¿ Joan Jett’s favorite Arrows song. If she didn’t like the Arrows she never would have recorded their song.

This is about Britney Spears and her excellent version of this song, which made # 14 in the UK charts as a single in 2002. It was also a hit single in Europe and Asia. She never released it in the USAï»¿ as a single. The original was by the Arrows who wrote the song in 1975.
