yeaaa.. and then everybody’s like “Omg, I love the video you did such a great job” and I’m like a great job on what?! adding random effects to random places?! effects are cool if they’re needed;) that’s what I think;)

I agree.
I used to hardly use any effects at all.
I still don’t get too crazy as is.
I think the worst thing that ppl try to do is just make the whole video nothing but random clips flashing every 2 seconds, I mean unless the song calls for it.

In my opinion like that the video doesn’t have to have all of those crazy ass effects yet it still looks effective, you know.. Simple and clean but it works;) Plus some scenes look super-duper cool like that:D
