I don’t get what you mean? The audio is edited but the video is squished inwards from the sides, so it’s all thinner (was unintentional, Windowsï»¿ Movie Maker is poo). With the brown hair I’m pretty sure its from Paris as she died her hair brown in that part of the tour. Hoped i helped!

This sounds like it’s using the slightly higher tempo “demo” version vocals, which Britney later re-recorded as the album version we all know today. Sadly – unlike her live vocals on the Femme Fatale tour – Britney did not sing live here, and used playback.
That small disappointment asideï»¿ – how stunning does she look here??? If you were to screen capture any moment in this, people would scream “airbrush”, but this is just fan footage and she looks absolutely, effortlessly, gorgeous!!!
